Welcome to Essential Healing Touch. By accessing our website, booking an appointment online or by phone, or opting into our communications, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows:
- All appointments are scheduled in advance via our automated online booking system or directly by phone.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled session.
- A $25 fee applies to any no-call / no-show appointment. This fee is recorded to your account and must be settled in full prior to or at the time of booking any future appointments.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms:
- By providing your mobile phone number when scheduling an appointment or contacting us, you consent to receive informational and promotional text messages regarding booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule updates, and special studio offers.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with our studio.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
- How to Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply text STOP to any message you receive to cancel. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation of your unsubscription.
